Summer almost over!

Ok, it's time for me to start posting regularly in here.. well, as regularly as I can!! I just enrolled in college (eeek) for Vet. Technician and I'm worried about trying to handle school on top of kids, housework, work...etc.. I get burned out sometimes as it is now and it's just going to get worse!! I start classes on the 31st and Irish starts Kindergarten on the 25th!

We have actually had a really great summer this year! The kids are older now and we have spent some time at the beach this year, checked out the Neil Armstrong Space Museum, done quite a few fun things! We live an hour from Lake Erie and the kids love it there! A few days ago we spent the day up there. First, we checked out a lighthouse that the kids were soo excited about going up in! Then we took the kids to Cedar Point! Cedar Point is a big amusement park, it's one of the biggest in the country. I used to go every summer as a child growing up. This was their first year going and my husband and I were sooo excited to take them! They had soo much fun and so did we, even though we couldn't go on any of the "big people" rides. I thought I would share some of the pics from the trip. I can't wait to go next year, I just wish it wasn't so damned expensive!!

So, that's all from me this time around. Been a busy bee lately, have lots of appointments this week getting ready for my school and the kids' schools, life never slows down does it? However, as I always say, "No rest for the wicked!" .. and that's me!!!!

Welcome and introductions!

ME: Well, I'm Dea (pronounced "Dee", most tend to call me "Dee-uhh). I live in Ohio with my husband and my three children. I'm a very kind and loving person unless you hurt me or someone I care about, then I can be your worst enemy! I have a big heart especially when it comes to animals. I'm studying to be a Veterinary Technician and I like to do what I can to help animals! I have a very sarcastic sense of humor, some may think I'm a bit rude, but I don't try to be! I like stupid crap. I love horror movies and stupid comedies. I'm also a big metal head. Have been one since I was in my early teens. I like to go to a lot of shows and I listen to music that most of you have probably never heard of! Apart from metal music, I also love 80's hair bands and a little bit of rap. I can't stand country music though! I have 7 tattos and want a lot more! I also have a few piercings as well. I pride myself on being different. I don't want to disappear into the crowd, I want to stand out!! I can also be a very insecure person. I'm very shy when it comes to meeting new people. I'm a manic depressive and am on meds for it, which are helping quite a bit, actually!

I have 3 other blogs incase you are interested. I have one about working from home, as I have been working from home for 3 1/2 years now. I've made a lot of changes for the better in my life and I share it all in my Journey to A New Found Me. The third blog is Rants In My Pants. That blog is for me to just vent my opinion on things going on around me and in the world today! THIS blog right here, this will be my own personal blog. A place for me to talk about MY life, my family, post random photos, random videos, whatever I feel like writing about! I may cuss, I may piss a few people off, but if you don't like what I have to say, don't read it! I hope some of you will find it interesting! I'm sure I'm going to have fun doing it!



HIM: I've been married to my hubby for 6 years now (just celebrated on August 1!) We have had our ups and downs throughout our marriage; separated twice, but we always find our way back to each other. Hubby is covered with tattoos and intimidates a lot of people. However, I know what a big heart he has underneath his exterior AND his sometimes rude personality. We are soo different in some ways but yet we just seem to work and we are soo alike in other ways. He is my best friend and I can't imagine not having him in my life. He's also a very private person and doesn't like his "business" put online, so I'm just gonna call him the hubby, for now!



IRISH: Yep, that's his name. He is our first born son, 5 yrs old about to turn 6 in October! Brown hair, brown eyes spitting image of his daddy! He has been an angel since the day he was born. Even as a baby he hardly ever cried unless something was wrong. Don't get me wrong, he's not perfect, he still has his days when he is whiney and cranky and mouthy, but for the most part his is well behaved. He has his mommy's witty sense of humor, lol, and loves to make people laugh. He also has a big heart and really cares about other people and animals in the world. He says when he grows up he wants to help people and get rid of all of the bad people! He will be starting Kindergarten in a few weeks! Eeeek!



DEVLIN. Ah, he's my little devil boy! Cute as a button, blonde hair, blue eyes but I'm worried he is going to be my problem child. He can be very sweet and helpful at times but at other times he can be very defiant! He does not want to be told what to do. He wants to be in control. No sort of punishment helps, sometimes I'm just at a loss of what to do with him. His preschool teacher says he's an angel in school, but a devil at home! lol



RAYNE. My only girl; redheaded and blue eyed. Oh, she's also Devlin's twin sister! Both are set to be 5 in October (October 5.. their big brother's bday is October 9!.. thanks, birth control! lol). She's every bit of a drama queen! She spends a lot of time whining and crying and driving everyone crazy! She has her moments of not listening as well, but she is more drama than anything. What's it gonna be like when she is a teenager??? I'm gonna need all the help I can get! She can be prissy and pretty at times but can also be quite a no fear having tom boy! She can hold her own with the two boys when she wants to! Watch out world, she's gonna be a beauty but gonna be mean as shit!



LT. He's a black American Staffordshire Terrier. He's like our 4th child. We have had him for 2 1/2 years now. He's such a big baby, the sweetest, most well behaved dog I have ever had. This dog has won my heart and made me want to fight for Pit Bull/Am.Staff rights and stop ignorant laws against their breed!! He's such a part of our family, we even took him on our family vacation to TN a few months ago. He loves us and just wants to make us happy. There is not a mean bone in his body, regardless of what some think of him when they see him!
